Rochester Bank Names New Branch Manager

In February of 2022, Tamsen Leimer, current VP of Business and Mortgage Banking at F & M Community Bank, added the role of Rochester Branch Manager to her job duties.

Tamsen joined F & M Community Bank in 2015, when F & M expanded into the Rochester market.  Previous to this, she worked for Eastwood Bank, in many different roles from 2003 – 2018.  After Bremer Bank purchased Eastwood Bank, Tamsen knew that she needed to find another community bank to work for, and the perfect opportunity with F & M came along.

She currently works with our consumer and business customers, and can help with anything from opening a new account, a car loan, a mortgage, business cash management products or commercial loans. 

Tamsen is active in the community in many ways, including member of the Rochester Area Foundation Development Committee, the Treasurer of the First Homes Board, member of the Jeremiah Program Development Committee, Treasurer of the Stewartville-Racine Diamond Club, member of the endowment committee at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and a member of the Rotary Club of Rochester.

When Tamsen is not busy with banking or volunteering, you will likely find her watching one of her boys play sports, on the golf course, or at her parent’s house on Stony Lake in Northern MN.  Tamsen is mom to two teenage boys, Ben, a junior and Nathan, a freshman, both at Stewartville High School.  Ben is starting to look at colleges, very exciting!

Tamsen’s favorite part of working for F & M Community Bank is the real, sincere relationships she forms with her customers.  She values each and every one she is able to work with.  And the most rewarding part of her job is when one of her customers refers someone to her.  Knowing that someone trusts her enough to recommend her to someone else is everything.
