If you believe your debit card has been lost or stolen, please call 800-950-4745 during business hours. Call 800-472-3272 if it is outside of office hours or the weekend.
If you have our mobile app, you have the ability to turn off your debit card from within the app. To do so, follow the below steps:
- Log in to the F & M mobile app.
- On the accounts page, there should be a quick link for "Manage my Cards."
- Select the card(s) you want to turn off by selecting "block card" so the white button has turned green.
- You're all done! Please contact your banker for the next steps
